Nathan Mitich, a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) detailer assigned to Navy Personnel Command, live streams during the 2019 Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) spring ship selection. The interactive event, known as the “SWO draft” was live streamed allowing more than 250 NROTC participants to select their first ship assignment after college graduation.
