Army Maj. Gen. Mark O’Neil, U.S. Army Alaska commanding general, takes to the ice Feb. 16 as military skaters from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson clashed in the 6th Annual Army vs. Air Force Hockey Game at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage.
