A dedication ceremony is held for participating nations involved in the local Thai school during Cobra Gold 19 at Wat Jom Tong, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 21, 2019. Lt. Gen. Eric Smith, Commander of III Marine Expeditionary,(insert Thai General here), Mr. Hiroshi Kawamura, Representative of Japan, Mr. Phiphat Ekphaphan, Provincial Govenor of Sukhothai hold the dedication sign for a new school building. Force Exercise Cobra Gold 19 emphasizes coordination on civic action, such as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief events, developing interoperability and unity of action in crisis contingencies.
