Local Djiboutians participate in an English discussion group (EDG) with U.S. Soldiers assigned to Bravo Company, 404th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, in Dikhil, Djibouti, Feb. 12, 2019.
