Airman 1st Class John Mcconnico and Airman 1st Class Wilfredo Hernandez Mendez, 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron Hardened Intersite Cable System technicians, train to splice together a wire within a larger cable Jan. 31, 2019, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. The 90th MMXS HICS team maintains the upkeep and repair of the cables throughout the missile field. The cables run throughout the F.E.
