U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alessandro Carter, 18th Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuel system maintenance craftsman, operates heavy machinery during bilateral training on the Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery process, Feb. 12, 2019, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 18th CES works closely with the Japan Air Self Defense Force to bilaterally train their personnel on the RADR process.
