190213-N-YO638-047 HATZOR AIR FORCE BASE, Israel (Feb 13, 2019) A U.S. service member assists an Israeli service member with buttoning his sleeve during exercise Juniper Falcon 19. Juniper Falcon 19 is a U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) bilateral exercise conducted Feb. 7-15, 2019. The exercise is designed to increase interoperability between both nations’ militaries. USEUCOM routinely conducts exercises throughout the European theater with partner nations, including Israel.
