190129-N-OH861-1298 SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Jan. 29, 2019) Builder 2nd Class Joseph Belland, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, speaks with Cmdr. Joseph Harder, commanding officer of NMCB-3, about an ongoing project to construct a pre-engineered building during a tour of the project site. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
