Captain Eric Walter, 90th Medical Group physical therapy flight commander, performs dry needling on a 890th Missile Security Forces Squadron defender during a weekly squadron visit Feb. 4, 2019, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. The physical therapy team is equipped to handle a wide variety of injuries with various methods of treatment, including dry needling, exercises and battlefield acupuncture.
