Construction Electrician Castro Amoakoh, with the U.S. Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, shaves the side of a prop for a fence being built at Escuela Rural Aldea Magueyes 1 in San Jose, Guatemala. NMCB 23 will complete minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a ten day HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012 project. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
