A woman carrying empty propane tanks pushes her way through a crowd of residents and Iraqi national police in the hopes of exchanging them for full tanks on July 1. Soldiers with Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division conducted a propane drop where they visited the area of Al Haytar in south Baghdad, providing a secured distribution hub for local residents.
