Residents of the Al Haytar region of Baghdad carry empty propane tanks through any means possible in the hopes of exchanging them for full tanks on July 1. Soldiers with Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division conducted a propane drop where they visited the area of Al Haytar in south Baghdad, providing a secured distribution hub for local residents.
