U.S. Air Force pararescuemen assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), disembark an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter in order to recover a simulated casualty as part of a casualty evacuation mission rehearsal conducted in East Africa, Nov. 30, 2018.
