NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 5, 2019) Adm. John Richardson, chief of naval operations, receives a brief from Lt. Cmdr. Chabonnie Alexander, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) ordanance handling officer, during a test-run of the ship's Advanced Weapon Elevator (AWE) Upper Stage No.1.
