Yancy Lindsey presents the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Excellence Award pennant to Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) during an awards ceremony January 30, 2019. NBSD was awarded the pennant after being selected by CNIC as the first place winner for large installations.
