    416th Theater Engineer Command

    U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 391st Mobile Augmentation Company, Boise, Idaho, set up an OE254 antenna to allow them to communicate with their Soldiers spread throughout the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California, January 19, 2019.
