Sgt. 1st. Class Bussard introduces the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter maintenance systems to 2nd Lt. Kristaps Timermanis, Leading Group Junior Officer of the Lativian delegation January 21, 2019 at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Grand Ledge, Michigan. The function of the tour was to determine what systems and packages of tools the Latvian would need when they purchase their own team of Black Hawk helicopters.
