The amphibious transport dock USS Green Bay (LPD 20) sits on the horizon during a simulated Humanitarian Assistance-Disaster Relief mission aboard the dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48), Philippine Sea, Jan. 28, 2019. CLB-31 provides security, logistics transportation, and HADR support as the Logistics Combat Element for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
