Air Force Lt. Col. Rich Fletcher answers E-mails from children asking for the current location of Santa Claus in the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center, Dec. 24, 2011. Volunteers answered 7,721 E-mails on Christmas Eve and into Christmas morning, an increase of nearly 700 E-mails from last year’s count.
