ACIREALE, ITALY (Jan. 27, 2019) U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and the San Antonio-class landing dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24) help the local community maintain the Villa Belvedere Community Park during a community relations project in Acireale, Italy, Jan. 27, 2019. Arlington is making a scheduled deployment as part of the 22nd MEU and the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group, in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theatre security cooperation, while also providing a forward Naval and Marine presence.
