David Reeb, New Mexico Division V judge, holds a 105mm round on a 16th Special Operations Squadron AC-130H Spectre gunship, Dec. 8, 2011. Reeb is the honorary commander for the 27th Special Operations Group. The newly established honorary commander program is a base initiative designed to foster relationships with the local community leaders, and provide greater understanding of the duties and sacrifices of the 27th Special Operations Wing.
