Creig Federico, former Detroit Lions football player, gives a motivational talk to high school football players at the USMC Proving Ground Combine at Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz., Jan. 2, 2012. During the event, players competed in various athletic challenges to earn a spot on the roster for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl in 2013. The inaugural Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, hosted by the Marine Corps and Junior Rank, will feature the nation's top 100 football players, at Chase Field, Jan. 3, 2012.
