Brig. Gen. Christopher R. Norrie, 1st Cavalry Division deputy commanding general - maneuver, briefs incoming Observer Controller Trainer personnel Jan. 23 at Fort Hood's BlackJack Chapel. They will play a critical role in Pegasus Forge IV, the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team's training exercise in preparation for their rotation at the National Training Center later this Spring. The OCTs are Soldiers from units across Fort Hood and 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas.
