U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center leadership boards a 27-foot SeaArk for a harbor security patrol boat tour Jan. 17, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. During their visit, Maj. Gen. John Gordy, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Kristopher Berg toured various facilities across the installation for a behind-the-scenes look at base operations while getting a glimpse of service members in action. The USAF EC is the Air Force’s Center of Excellence for advanced mobility and combat support training and education. The center also has direct oversight for installation support, contingency response and mission sets within the global mobility enterprise.
