Chong Hwan Yi, administrations non-commissioned officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-32 Inf., from Honolulu, Hawaii, during an awards ceremony held on Forward Operating Base Howz-e-Madad Christmas Day. Huggins, along with Command Sgt. Maj. Bryant C. Lambert, 82nd Airborne Division and Regional Command (South) command sergeant major, traveled through the region to visit with service members for the holiday.
