Fraser shared his thoughts on retrograde operations by saying he was proud of all the hard work that has taken place during his a meeting with the Third Army team. Fraser’s visit with Third Army’s team is yet another way Third Army is ensuring the responsible retrograde and repositioning of troops and equipment.
