Congratulations to U.S. Army Sgt. Marcos Rangel and Cpl. Olivia Silver assigned to the 91st Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division for being named the 2018 Saber Battalion Soldier and NCO of the Year which took place at Camp Aachen in Grafenwoehr, Germany Jan. 10, 2019.
