Deshawnda Gilliam had immediate impact in a busy clinic with 368 staff who care for 38,000 primary care enrollees and other TRICARE beneficiaries. Her steadfast leadership has enabled the clinic staff to process more than 310,000 prescriptions, 500,000 specimens and 64,000 images.
