SAIPAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Jan. 7, 2019) -- Airmen from Task Force Engineer removes damaged roofing at a home in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Jan. 7. Task Force Engineer is tasked with providing much-needed temporary roofing to the residents of Saipan who are recovering from Super Typhoon Yutu. Military service members from Joint Region Marianas and Indo-Pacific Command are proud of their efforts to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency and work with the CNMI’s civil and local officials to recover from the devastating impacts of Super Typhoon Yutu.
