YOKOSUKA, Japan (January 7, 2019) – Hull Maintenance Technician 1st Class Jason Tetreault from Worcester, Mass. and Hull Maintenance Technician 2nd Class Sheka Parson from New York move to the bow as Sailors with U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Port Operations prepare for the first harbor evolution of the new year on the Valiant class tugboats Seminole (YT 805) and Puyallup (YT 806), Jan. 7. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
