Soldiers with the Iowa Army National Guard's 135th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment pose for a group photo Jan. 5 at the Ignit Sport fitness center in Grimes, Iowa, following a proper techniques introductory training for the upcoming release of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). The ACFT is scheduled to replace the current Army Physical Fitness Test of pushups, sit-ups and a 2-mile run. The ACFT will have six events, including: strength deadlift; standing power throw; hand release pushups; sprint, drag, carry; leg tuck; and 2-mile run.
