Joseph Caviness who had the honor of laying one of the first wreaths at the Wreaths Across America event at Rosedale Cemetary in Martinsburg, W.Va., Dec. 15, 2018, National Wreaths Across America Day.The Mountaineer Defenders Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club hosted the event where more than 600 wreaths were laid on the graves of veterans at Rosedale Cemetary that day. The event at Rosedale Cemetary coincided with the wreath laying at Arlington National Cemetary, as well as more than 1,400 locations in all 50 states. Wreaths
