Soldiers of the Kuwaiti Land Force stage their vehicles in preparation for Desert Observer Two at Udairi Range on December 10, 2018. Desert Observer, a biannual exercise conducted as part of Task Force Spartan, is an exercise that integrates a three-stage planning process, a dry run-through and a joint live-fire exercise geared toward increasing interoperability and cohesiveness between the United States Military and Kuwaiti Land Forces.
