The Nebraska Army National Guard's Recruiting and Retention Battalion conducts a change of command ceremony March 29, 2018, in the Joint Force Headquarters atrium in Lincoln, Nebraska. Outgoing commander Lt. Col. William Prusia relinquished command to Lt. Col. Robert Ford. Prusia will be retiring from the Nebraska National Guard with 34 years of military service later this year.
