Utilities Man 1st Class Bruce Nisbet and Equipment Operator 2nd Class Michael McAfee, Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 23 embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, holds and drills two beams for a shed being built at Escuela de Educacion Parvularia "Maria Luisa Marcia." NMCB 23 will complete minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a three-week HSV-Southern Partnership Station project. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
