Cmdr. Garry Wright, Mission Commander of High Speed Vessel Swift, stands with a plaque presented to the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23 embarked to Swift, from Ricardo Jimenez, Principal of Centro Escolar Elementary School. NMCB 23 is being honored in a ceremony upon completion of minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a three-week HSV-Southern Partnership Station project. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
