The SD Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve present the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with the ESGR Seven Seals Award, Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the Surbeck Center in Rapid City, for their continued support of ESGR volunteer Dr. Scott Amos. The Seven Seals award is named after the seven reserve components in the armed forces and is presented to an individual or organization that has made significant contributions to the ESGR mission. Pictured left to right are: Dr. Scott Amos, professor and graduate programs coordinator in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Ron Mielke, SD ESGR Chair, Dr. Duane Hrncir, provost and vice president for academic affairs, and Maj.
