Garrison Sexual Harassment Assault Response Program (SHARP) Victim Advocate Ryan Harvey teaches a SHARP refresher course Dec. 18, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. SHARP is an integrated, proactive effort by the Army to end sexual harassment and sexual assault within its ranks and promotes cultural change across the Army with a vision toward a culture of discipline and respect in which Army personnel intervene in sexual harassment and sexual assault to protect one another.
