A Soldier for life. Ninety-six year old World War II veteran, Chief Warrant Officer Raymond Mabarak proudly wears his "Dress Blues" to a retirement celebration at Michigan State University Dec 1, 2018, honoring the service of another life long veteran.
He originally enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in Dec of 1942 where he served in both the European and Pacific Theaters of War before returning home to Detroit, Michigan to serve another 35 years in the Michigan National Guard.
