Kelly, Command Chief Master Sgt. for the Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., views flights during the basic training graduation, Dec. 14, 2018, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Reserve military training instructors (MTI) are aligned under the 340th Flying Training Group, who is responsible for the 433rd TRS. The 433rd TRS is unique to Air Force Reserve Command as it is the only unit of reserve MTIs.
