U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Russell Huth, a wheeled vehicle mechanic senior instructor with the New Jersey Army National Guard's Regional Training Support-Maintenance, replaces the light on a Rutherford Police Department Humvee on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Dec. 18, 2018. The Humvees were acquired by local police via the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) program at no cost. The vehicles are used for equipment transport, high-water rescue, and inclement weather.
