Senior Airman Franklin Holtman is currently deployed to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, and is a member of the 455th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron. While deployed, Holtman provides over watch for Bagram’s vehicle entry gate. On a given day, Holtman’s sector sees more than 600 vehicles process through. Back in the states, he is a reservist assigned to the 459th Security Forces Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Md. He is a native of Rising Sun, Md.
