Minihan, United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission U.S. Member, listens to speakers during the 2018 ROK-U.S. Partnership Night, hosted by the Korean Good Neighbor Society (KGNS), in Suwon, Republic of Korea, Dec. 13, 2018. Minihan gave congratulatory remarks to the organizers of the KGNS who orchestrated a two-day goodwill ski tour for U.S. service members.
