New Leader Takes Reigns of Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan

Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan received a new commanding general at a change of command ceremony in Kabul, July 16. Brig. Gen. Robert W. Cone took the reigns of command from Maj. Gen. Robert E. Durbin, becoming CSTC-A's second commanding general. The Afghan Minister of Defense receives honors from the Afghan ceremonial guard participating in the change of command.
