SCUBA divers are searching the waters around the port facility in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, as a Michigan National Guard Quick Reaction Force Solider provides security for the area. The Michigan National Guard is conducting an Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise to validate their ability to alert, marshal, and deploy a ready force to support the Virgin Islands in the face of the next hurricane.
