Maj. Gen. Gill P. Beck, commander of the 81st Regional Support Command, USAR, welcomes victors to the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Wilmington, N.C., Dec. 10, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This new facility will be shared with the Navy Operations Support Center, approximately 300 Army Reserve soldiers and 190 Navy Reserve sailors will call this reserve center home.
