Van McCarty, assistant adjutant general-Army, South Carolina National Guard, met with U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Luke McCollum, chief of Navy Reserve, to discuss the current partnership of the South Carolina National Guard and the U.S. Navy Reserve at the McCrady Training Center (MTC) in Eastover, South Carolina, Dec. 17, 2018.
