Soldiers with the 297th Inland Cargo Transfer Company have to communicate effectively and use the proper hand signals to quickly emplace containers to block the lanes at the Mariposa Point of Entry, Dec. 15 at Nogales, Arizona. 297th ICTC is responsible of closing the point of entries in Arizona when needed.
