Students engage during a Security Cooperation Planners Course, Dec. 12, 2018, at Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group Headquarters, Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The course provides service members with the ability to analyze national, regional, interagency, joint, maritime, and Marine Corps guidance to identify common objectives, as well as develop and execute engagement plans. The class entailed a period of instruction, small-group study time, a debrief presentation and a panel. The curriculum of the class was organized and taught by Marines with MCSCG.
