Almost one hundred participants, youth ages seven to 18, enjoyed the Vicenza Child and Youth Services Sports Zombie Run, which kicked off the Vicenza Military Community Halloween activities Oct. 18.
At the end of the 1 1/2-mile race with obstacles, started at the Villaggio Youth Center, awards were given for best times, best costume and best zombie.
